Chaplain Position Available

The Laurel Crest Retirement Community in West Columbia (a Life Plan retirement community owned and operated by Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina) is seeking a half-time chaplain.  As a member of the leadership team who reports to the Community’s Executive Director, the chaplain is responsible for pastoral care of the residents, their families, and the staff of the Community. Other duties include planning and conducting worship services, Bible study, and spiritual activities for residents in independent living, assisted living, and health care.  The chaplain must be an ordained minister and must have a demonstrated interest and experience in working with older adults.

Sales & Marketing Specialist

The position will be responsible with assisting the community meet sales and occupancy levels in accordance with the marketing plan, ensure a successful move-in of all residents, coordinate community outreach efforts, utilize CRM to track information, and perform administrative functions as needed for the role.

The potential candidate must have an administrative degree and a minimum of three years related work experience or a high school degree and a minimum five years related work experience.  Proficient use of various software including MS-Office is required.
