LPN Staff Nurse

Full and Part Time positions available

 The Staff/Charge Nurse is responsible for the overall nursing care/service on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls. Assists the care plan team as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON). Gives and receives shift reports. Rounds periodically throughout shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment. Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in resident’s condition. Schedules and assigns residents to all nursing assistants during your shift and on your units ensuring that all work is completed by end of shift. Must have a valid SC Nursing license, CPR certification, prior long term care experience and electronic medical record experience. Sign on Bonus structure available.

Housekeeping Supervisor

The supervisor will manage the housekeeping department campus wide and supervise housekeepers to ensure assigned duties are completed. The supervisor will fill in any area left vacant due to assigned housekeeper’s absence. Inspect all department work efforts to ensure completion of duties. Participate in the interview process of potential housekeepers. Train all new housekeepers and provide proper guidance to ensure success. Rotate weekend shift in laundry monthly or as needed. Maintain SDS book in housekeeping/laundry area. Clean and disinfect equipment after each use; use equipment properly. Order and maintain supplies for the department as well as review, code and approve invoices for department supplies. Maintain infection control standards and regulatory compliance for areas overseen by State and/or Federal government. Minimum requirements for this position are: High school diploma or GED, 2 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping and a valid SC driver’s license.

Skilled Nursing C.N.A. 

Full and Part Time positions available

CNA performs duties to support residents with activities of daily living. Must have successfully completed a SC state approved geriatric nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred. Sign on Bonus structure available.

 Assisted Living Med Tech 

Full and Part Time positions available

Med Tech administers medications under the direct supervision of a nurse and performs duties to assist residents with activities of daily living. Prior experience as a Med Tech in a senior living setting is preferred.

PRN Companions

Employee assists in providing life activities of residents to include: personal care, household management, activities, serving meals, assisting with feeding, and restorative care to our residents. Prior experience as a Med Tech and/or CNA in a senior living setting is preferred.



The Cook prepares or directs the preparation of all food served by following standard recipes and special diet orders. The Cook performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned to include, but not limited to, kitchen sanitation programs for daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules and the daily monitoring of all hot and cold temperature logs.

Wait Staff 

Full and Part Time positions available

The position will be responsible for table service in the Community dining rooms.  Previous experience waiting tables at a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred.
