POSITIONS AVAILABLE

 

Transporter     PT24

The position will be responsible for the timely and safe transporting of residents to various individual and group activities including scheduled trips and medical appointments. Must be able to assist residents as well as lift wheelchairs and walkers. Must possess a good driving record and a valid SC Driver’s License.

 

Housekeeping Supervisor

The supervisor will manage the housekeeping department campus wide and supervise housekeepers to ensure assigned duties are completed. The supervisor will fill in any area left vacant due to assigned housekeeper’s absence. Inspect all department work efforts to ensure completion of duties. Participate in the interview process of potential housekeepers. Train all new housekeepers and provide proper guidance to ensure success. Rotate weekend shift in laundry monthly or as needed. Maintain SDS book in housekeeping/laundry area. Clean and disinfect equipment after each use; use equipment properly. Order and maintain supplies for the department as well as review, code and approve invoices for department supplies. Maintain infection control standards and regulatory compliance for areas overseen by State and/or Federal government. Minimum requirements for this position are: High school diploma or GED, 2 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping and a valid SC driver’s license.

 

Clinical Support Coordinator

The Clinical Support Coordinator duties will include, but not be limited to, preparing schedules and coordinating staffing to ensure appropriate levels, with DON, in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Vital Living in accordance with resident needs, regulatory requirements, and budgeted levels; coordinating and maintaining medical supplies; working as a CNA and performing other clerical duties as needed. Must be a SC licensed Certified Nursing Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in long term care, and CPR certification.  Experience with scheduling software and intermediate computer skills is a plus.

 

PRN Companions

Employee assists in providing life activities of residents to include: personal care, household management, activities, serving meals, assisting with feeding, and restorative care to our residents. Prior experience as a Med Tech and/or CNA in a senior living setting is preferred.

 

Skilled Nursing C.N.A. PT 16 Every other weekend (7a-3p & 3p-11p)

CNA performs duties to support residents with activities of daily living. Must have successfully completed a SC state approved geriatric nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred.

        

Assisted Living Med Tech 1FT- (11p-7a) & PT 16 Every other weekend

Med Tech administers medications under the direct supervision of a nurse and performs duties to assist residents with activities of daily living. Prior experience as a Med Tech in a senior living setting is preferred.
