Yes. Your entrance fee will depend on the size of the home you choose and the number of occupants. It provides you residency at Laurel Crest and gives you access to a full continuum of care, provided at our health center, if you ever need it.
Yes. Think of the monthly fee as a consolidation of all the bills and costs of living in a single-family house. Your monthly fee will pay for all maintenance, housekeeping, one meal per day, scheduled transportation, water, cable, electricity, phone service, unlimited use of common spaces and campus amenities, and much more. The amount you pay depends on the size of home you choose and whether you live with a second person. A second person pays a significantly lower monthly fee.
